About Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Cancellation and returns
Except in cases where the product is defective, we generally cannot exchange, return or refund products for reasons of customer convenience.
However, if the size does not fit, we will accept an exchange for a different size within one week of receiving the item, provided that the item has only been tried on.
Please note that if the size you want is out of stock, it will take some time for us to produce a new one.
*If there are signs of use (scratches, dents, etc.), we may refuse to exchange the item. In that case, we will return the item to you, postage paid by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
About product inventory
Since product inventory is linked to inventory in physical stores, there may be cases where an item is out of stock even if it is available for purchase on the website. In such cases, after receiving your order, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the delivery date and confirm whether you can wait.
